How Can I Reach My Healthy Weight?
I am 15 and I lost about 20lbs when I was about 13. I now have gained back all that weight and an additional 15. I weigh 160 lbs. I cannot figure out how to lose this wieght. Or at least get in the right mindset. Please help me. I really could use some ideas. My ideal weight would be 125 pounds. That is the healthy weight for my height.
