Is it too late to get an annulment?

I got married on Feb 14, 2008 in Denmark. I am American and my husband is English. He does not want to have sex with me and is abusive. He also sees other women. We have a 10 year old son, but for the past 7 years before he hooked up again he paid no child support and was not part of his life.
